Notes

Originally part of a larger jewel, possibly a bracelet, the construction of this very fine brooch is entirely articulated.

Accompanied by a gemmological report from Guild Gem Lab, dated 18 June 2026, stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, has an intense blue color that may be marketed as "cornflower blue" and shows no evidence of heat treatment (no heat).

The relationship between what we see and what we know is never complete. The way we see things is influenced by what we know, or by what we believe.
